Chilli 'n Lime Glazed Wings

1.15 kgs chicken wings, split and tips discarded
125 ml Frank's RedHot® Chilli 'n Lime™ Hot Sauce
75 ml melted butter
- DEEP fry* wings at 190°C (HIGH) for 12 minutes
or until cooked and crispy; drain.
- COMBINE Chilli 'n Lime Hot Sauce and butter.
Toss wings in sauce mixture until well coated.
- *Alternate Cooking Directions - Bake 30 minutes at
230°C until fully cooked and crispy, turning halfway.
Broil 15 cm from heat 15 to 20 minutes, turning once.
Grill over medium heat 20 minutes, turning often.
