Buffalo Chicken Bites

280 grams shortcrust pastry
280 grams diced cooked chicken
50 millilitres Frank's RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce or Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
50 grams crumbled blue cheese or shredded mozzarella
150 grams softened cream cheese
2 chopped spring onion

Preparation Method

  • CUT each dough sheet into 16 rectangles. Place rectangles
    on ungreased cookie sheets.
  • MIX chicken, Frank's RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce,
    blue cheese, cream cheese, and scallions in a bowl.
  • SPOON mixture on half of each rectangle and fold dough
    over filling. Press edges with fork to seal.
  • BAKE at 180°C 13 to 16 min. or just until golden brown.
