Santa Fe Chilli Steak Fajitas

175 ml French’s® Kansas City Classic BBQ Sauce
125 ml Frank's RedHot® Chilli 'n Lime Hot Sauce
10 grams minced coriander  
75 ml sour cream
680 g flank steak
2 large bell peppers, cut into thick strips
1 large onion, cut into thick slices
8 (8 inch) 8 flour tortillas [or corn tortillas]

Preparation Method

  • COMBINE barbecue sauce, Chilli 'n Lime Hot Sauce and
    cilantro. Mix 75ml sauce mixture with sour cream; reserve.
  • POUR remaining sauce mixture over steak in resealable
    plastic food storage bag. Seal bag and refrigerate 1 hour
    to marinate.
  • GRILL steak 15 minutes for medium-rare. Grill vegetables
    until charred. Slice steak and chop vegetables. Serve in
    tortillas with reserved sauce.
