Chicken Diablo Sandwich

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 bottle Frank's RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce (354 ml), divided
60 ml blue cheese or ranch dressing
4 split crusty rolls 
20 grams rocket or lettuce leaves
2 sliced and tomatoes
40 grams blue cheese crumbles, optional

Preparation Method

  • MARINATE chicken in 1/2 the bottle of Buffalo Wings for 3 hours
    or overnight if desired. Mix remainder of the Buffalo Wings Sauce
    and dressing together; keep refrigerated until ready to use.
  • GRILL chicken 12 min. or until no longer pink in centre.
  • PLACE 30 ml of mixed sauce on each half of roll. Place chicken on
    roll and top with lettuce, tomato and cheese if desired.
  • For a spicier sandwich use Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne
    Pepper Sauce.
