Red Hot 'Rita

Prep Time: 5 minutes
2 Lime wedges
45 ml Tequila
30 ml triple sec
30 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
5 grams superfine sugar [or bar sugar]
2 ml Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- RUB the rim of a margarita glass with a lime wedge. Place
some superfine sugar in a small shallow plate. Dip the glass
rim in the sugar to coat the edge.
- FILL a cocktail shaker half-full with cracked ice. Add tequila,
triple sec, lime juice, sugar and Frank's RedHot® Sauce.
- SHAKE well and strain into glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
