Beer Cheese Dip

Yield: 3 cups dip

225 g cream cheese, softened
180 g sliced sharp cheddar cheese
45 ml Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
30 ml French's® Classic Yellow® Mustard
30 ml Worcestershire Sauce
3 grams garlic powder
120 ml beer
3 green onions, chopped (optional)

Preparation Method

  • COMBINE cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Cayenne Pepper
    Sauce, Mustard, Worcestershire, and garlic powder in
    microwave safe bowl.
  • MICROWAVE on High 2 to 3 minutes, stirring once halfway,
    until smooth.
  • STIR in beer and green onions until blended. Microwave
    1 minute or until hot. Serve with pretzels or your favourite
